For the Tesys D contactors there are two forms, the AC control coil and the DC control coil
Below is a video showing the location of the part number on example DC and AC control voltage contactors.
NOTE: There are generations of Tesys D contactors with slightly different designs (colour, curved edges etc.). The principle of locating the coil voltage and constructing the part number is the same regardless of the generation.
- For the DC the full part number - including the suffix - is on the front of the contactor.
- For the AC the start of the part number is on the front, but the coil voltage suffix is in a window near the base. This is because the coil in the AC control contactors can be changed.
