- System of Low Voltage (LV) Distribution
- System of High Voltage (HV) Distribution
The low-voltage distribution system is a component of the electrical power distribution network that transports electricity from the utility grid to the consumer's energy meter. The LV distribution system is usually equivalent to the mains voltage of electrical equipment.

The following are some main components of a low-voltage distribution system:
- Distribution transformer: This step-down transformer transmits electricity to the distributors.
- Distributor: A distributor is a conductor from whom tapes are obtained for distribution to consumers.
- Service Mains: A tiny cable that connects the distributor to the consumer's electricity meter.
