When Yokota Air Base (Japan) entered into an Energy Performance Savings contract with Schneider Electric, they made their goals surrounding sustainability and resiliency the primary priorities.

In a location prone to natural disaster, the base was in need of a comprehensive control system, and an energy resilience plan. The solution?
