An operator adapter kit is required to install a flange mounted disconnect means in Bulletins A21, A28 and A34 Hoffman enclosures that have a universal cutout. Operator adapter kits include an adapter plate and additional components needed to interlock the enclosure ``Master Door`` with the disconnect means operating mechanism.
The A-21SDA adapter kit is only for Square D flange mounted handles which include the Class 9422 Types A1, A2, A3 or A4. Other adapter kits are available for competitive flange mounted handle designs.
Panel drilling and installation instructions are furnished with each operator adapter kit.
This kit is only available from Hoffman.
