Yes, due to the size of the load conductors and their exit parallel to the sidewall of the load center enclosure, certain branch circuit breaker ampacities cannot be mounted next to these branch breakers. For placing breakers below the breaker when mounted on the right side or above it when mounted on the left side, enough wire bending space would need to be available for whatever wire is being used with the breaker that is wanting to be placed next to it.
No breaker larger than 70 A can be placed across from these breakers.
