Can the GV bus bars be used with the GV2GH7 insulator installed on the GV2P starters?

Resolution:
Since the GV2GH7 insulator increases the height, the bus bars can not be in installed because the prongs are not long enough to be fitted under the screw clamp terminals of the starter.
