Cause:
Heatsink fan replacement

Resolution:
The part number 31158-067-50 is the fan assembly only. This can be used if replacing a failed fan if the other hardware is in good condition.

The part number 31158-296-50 is the fan assembly, jumper wires, gaskets and instruction sheet. This part should be ordered if getting a fan kit for a new installation of a FLEX58 drive into an enclosure.

These are not the same fan kits that are used for the ATV58 type H and type FVC products.
