How do I get a motor running indication from an ATS48 soft starter?
Resolution :
You can obtain a motor running indication from the ATS48 by configuring one of its relays. Set Relay R3 to the function “RNL: Motor Powered.”
When configured this way, Relay R3 will change state whenever the motor is powered, providing a contact closure that indicates the motor is running.
This configuration is done through the I/O menu in the ATS48 parameter settings.
