No. A.B.Chance ground studs cannot be added to the incoming section of an HVL/cc switch lineup. The clearances are less than normal in HVL/cc switchgear.
Ground studs would cause internal arcing. An option is to use a main HVL/cc switch with the ground switch option.
Caution must be taken the user must have control of the incoming source.
