In EZM branch devices, are the tenant breakers on the line or load side of the meter socket?

Resolution:
The tenant breakers in all EZM branch devices are on the load side of the meter socket. This is known as hot sequence metering as opposed to cold sequence metering, where the breaker would be on the line side of the meter socket (referring to the state of the meter when the breaker is off).
