Resolution:
A hub opening is provided in the top end wall in NEMA 3R devices with an "RB" suffix. For all NEMA 3R devices with an "R" suffix instead of "RB", then a blank top end wall is provided. If conduit entry is required through the top end wall of the "R" suffix devices, a field cut hole is required. Watertight "H type" hubs should be ordered separately.
