What was a part number of a simple remote annunciator station used with the now obsolete line isolation monitor, IGD?

Issue:
Selection

Product Line:
Medical Panels

Environment:
NFPA99, NEC517.160

Cause:
For replacement purposes in the future, the identification of all components of a hospital isolated power system is a necessary initial step.

Resolution:
Two devices were often used. IA1C was furnished a red "hazard" alarm and "safe/silence" button mounted together in a single flush plate.
The IA1C assembly was installed in a separately furnished back box.  RA1WM offered similar functionality using digital technology, and similarly it fit into a single gang box.
