All trims up to 50 inches and vented trims 53 inches to 68 inches if manufactured before 1/6/1997, use lock part number PK4FL If after 1/6/1997 use the lock part number PK22FL.
All fronts on boxes 56 inches high or higher (excluding 53 inch through 68 inch high vented fronts) if manufactured before 11/01/1999 use lock part number PK5FL . If after after 11-01-1999 use the PK22FL.
The lock kits includes 2 keys.
The replacement key only is part number is LP9618.
