Are XVAC and XVBC components interchangeable?

Issue:
XVAC and  XVBC components.

Tower Lights and Beacons

Environment:
XVAC 70mm Diameter Tower Light/  XVB 70MM Diameter Tower Light

Cause:
Determine if these two lines are interchangeable. Trying to use parts that customer has in stock.

Resolution:
These specific two lines of Tower Lights are not interchangeable.
