Use any 2 pole relay with a Normally Open and Normally Closed contact, such as
CA2SK11**
8501XO11V**

Complete the part number by adding the appropriate voltage code.  i.e 8501XO11V02 for 120VAC, or CA2SK11G7 for 120VAC.
