How do you get a Q1B branch breaker out of an old NQOB panelboard?

Issue:
How to remove a Q1B breaker from an NQOB panel.

Resolution:
There are access holes in the breaker on the end opposite the load lugs. Unscrew the connectors that go across the bussing assembly.
