Yes.  EDB, EGB, EJB breakers are available with 30 mA ground fault protection.  These circuit breakers have the suffix of EPD (Equipment Protective Device).  They  are available in one pole 277 volt rated 15 to 50 amps.  Each of these circuit breakers occupy 2 pole spaces.
