No. With the exception of HCP-SU and HCRU I-Line interiors, I-Line main breaker panelboard interiors are neither designed nor UL listed to be field convertible to main lugs only. Any modification in the field which removes the main vertically mounted main breaker and adds main lugs voids the product warranty.
