Does the Zelio SR2 or SR3 use the same cable to connect to a laptop that it does to connect to a PC?

Yes, use the SR2USB01 cable to connect between the smart relay and a USB port, and a SR2CBL01 between SUB-D 9 pin connector and the smart relay.
