Do the Mini Power Zone (MPZ) unit substation require lugs on the primary?

Cause:
Accessory lugs are not required on Mini Power Zones (MPZs)

Resolution:
The incoming lugs on an MPZ are on the primary main breaker. No other lugs are required.
