Do the H and J frame Powerpact breakers come with the extended handle?

Resolution:
Originally the J-Frame breakers did come with a handle extension factory installed. However, a change was made in September 2005 and now neither H- nor J-Frames come with the extended handle.

NOTE: If you need the handle extension pre-installed on an H-frame or J-frame breaker, the catalog number suffix is YE. To field install this handle, order kit S29313.
