Can the EZM main devices be locked in the ON or OFF positions?

All the front covers used on the EZM main devices are lockable and sealable by the utility company. Also, all of the EZM main circuit breaker and main fusible devices have access covers that goes over the breaker/molded case switch handles that are lockable and sealable.
NOTE: The main breakers and main fusible switches used in the EZM mains have separate handle padlock accessories, BUT the front covers and access doors may interfere with the use of these handle accessories.
