Cause:
The NEC requires the electrical equipment which is used to connect a consumer of electric power to the utility source to be rated for Service Entrance.
Resolution:
Motorpact switchgear does not meet the requirements to be labeled as Service Entrance switchgear.
An incoming HVL or HVL/cc main switch can be added to meet this requirement.
