What is the conductor (or wire) temperature rating of the lugs for general duty, heavy duty, and double throw safety switches and can 90 degree wire be used?

For the general duty, heavy duty, and double throw safety switch lugs, ALL are UL listed to accept 60 or 75 degree C wires on 30 - 100 A switches and 75 degree C wires on 200 - 1200 A switches.
NOTE: 90 degree wire can be used, but it must be sized per the 75 degree ampacity table in the National Electrical Code.
