Can the ATV61 or ATV71 keypad be used in direct sunlight when remote‑mounted with kit VW3A1102 or VW3A1103?
Resolution:
No. The ATV61 and ATV71 keypads are not designed for direct sunlight exposure when using remote mount kits VW3A1102 or VW3A1103.
The keypad display cover does not have UV protection. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause display degradation and may lead to improper operation over time.
