What Needs to Be Done When a PrtF Fault Is Displayed on an ATV61 After Installing a Replacement MCB and/or Power Board?
Resolution:
When the PrtF fault appears on the ATV61 display after installing a replacement MCB and/or Power Board, press Enter to access the menu, then select the correct Power ID.
Set the appropriate IP rating (IPxx) based on the drive configuration, for example:
- 18‑Pulse CPD: IP00
- E‑Flex: IP00
- MCC: IP00
- M‑Flex: IP00
- Open or Custom Enclosed Units: IP20
After selecting the correct IP rating, press and hold the Enter key for approximately 2 seconds to confirm the setting.
