Resolution:
The CE3200E breaker is obsolete.
The Replacement breaker is a Square D JGL36200 breaker with a JDCMH mounting kit. This breaker is rated 18KAIC at 600V.
The JDCMH will mount two J frame breakers.
An S37445 is included in the JDCMH to convert breaker from Lug-Lug to Lug-Pad. If a second breaker is being mounted on the JDCMH Hardware, order an additional S37445.
Hardware Kit requires both sides of panel and will only mount Powerpact H Breakers.
