Cause:
Three phase apps

Resolution:
Merchandised panelboards are not labeled as 3 phase, 4 wire because the neutral assembly is optional and must be purchased separately. Factory Assembled panels have the proper sticker, if ordered as 3 phase, 4 wire. A sticker or label is not available separately.
