Resolution:
Yes, the PowerPacT breakers can be used on both 3 phase 240 and 480 V corner grounded delta systems.
For 240 Vac corner grounded systems, only 2P breakers are listed.
For 480 Vac corner grounded systems, only 3P breakers are listed.
