What size barrel lock does the MMBLC require for the EZM?

Barrel locks and the keys are normally only available to the utility companies and not the general public. A company called Ekstrom (a division of Brooks) sells these locks/keys to the utility companies. If and when there might ever be a situation that the utility company would allow the metering owner to obtain these locks/keys, this barrel lock kit would require a 1 inch lock.
