Why Won't My ATV16 Drive Power Up or Why Is the Display Blank?
Resolution:
If your ATV16 drive does not power up or the display is blank, the issue is typically caused by either:
- An external control circuit shorting the drive's internal power supply.
- A failed power board within the drive.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Disconnect all control wiring from the drive.
- Reapply power and check whether the display turns on.
- Verify that the correct input supply voltage is present at the drive terminals.
If the display remains blank after these checks, the drive's power board may have failed.
Note: Replacement parts for the ATV16 are no longer available. If the drive is determined to be faulty, the recommended solution is to replace it with a new drive.
