Resolution:
The HCN09522MN is no longer available as the 18 inch bus stack is not available with the H or J frame POWERPACT main breakers.
The HCN18652MN is no longer available, 225A main breaker with 36 inches of branch breaker mounting space can be substituted for it but also already obsolete.

Note that the box size is not identical.
