Causes and Fixes

To move the ProWORX 32 authorization from your PC to a USB memory device, follow this procedure.
Launch the ProWORX 32 Authorization wizard from your PC and click on the "NEXT" button to continue.

Choose the option for "Transfer Authorization" and click on the "NEXT" button.

Choose the option for "Transfer authorization from computer to disk". Select the drop down menu and choose the drive that supports your USB memory device. Click on the "NEXT" button to continue.

The authorization should now be transferred to your USB memory device. Click on the "Finish" button.

To move the ProWORX 32 authorization from your USB memory device back to a PC, follow this procedure.
Launch the ProWORX 32 Authorization wizard from your PC and click on the "NEXT" button to continue.

Choose the option for "Transfer Authorization" and click on the "NEXT" button.

Choose the option for "Transfer authorization from disk to computer". Select the drop down menu and choose the drive that supports your USB memory device. Click on the "NEXT" button to continue.

The authorization should now be transferred back to your PC. Click on the "Finish" button.
