The User's hierarchy data gets corrupted if the computer crashes while importing a CSV file.

Cause

Data corruption will occur if the computer crashes or the user presses ctrl+c by mistake while importing a hierarchy configuration CSV file. This will leave the system in an unknown state, and a manual cleanup is required.

Resolution
1. Open a command prompt and navigate to the applications\bin folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Applications\bin>)
2. Run the following command to delete the hierarchy configuration: Hierarchyconfig delete config
3. Run the following command to refresh the hierarchy configuration: Hierarchyconfig refresh config
4. Restart the CSV import: Hierarchyconfig import config <filepath><Filename>
5. Check in the Hierarchy manager to confirm the configuration has been imported.
