Resolution:
For the ATS22C11S6,S6U through ATS22C17S6,S6U, the part number is LA9F702.
For the ATS22C21S6,S6U through ATS22C59S6,S6U, the part number is LA9F703.
The thermal shroud kit includes a set of 6 power terminal protection shrouds.
