Can a NQ430L2C, NQMB2Q Kit and Q frame Main breaker be field modified for top or bottom feed ?

Yes. The Q frame main breaker is Lug in and Lug out construction, with no Line and Load markings. This will allow for Top or Botom feeding the panel.
