Resolution:
The EVlink stations are covered by an 18 month warranty as described in section 12 of the Schneider Electric Terms and Conditions of Sale. These can be reviewed here .
This warranty does not cover the consumable items of the EV station, namely the J1772 cable (EVCABLER) or the cable dock (EVCABLEDOCK).
