Are the same end caps (EZMCAP or EZMSCAP) used, regardless of whether the EZM lineup is single phase or three phase?

Yes, the EZMCAP would be used on the left and/or right side, and the EZMSCAP would be used on the right side only of the EZM device, regardless of it being single phase or three phase.
