Cause:

Form 567 is not listed in the Digest

Resolution:

The L1452M is an emergency (pull) stop type limit switch with 1 NC contact and maintained lever action.  The 567 form code added to this part number indicates a modification wherein the switch is potted with a two wire receptacle and epoxy sealed.
