What can cause an SOC drive state on an ATV61/ATV71 Drive?
Resolution:
SOC is displayed when a run command is active and the Fault Management parameter Output Phase Loss is set to "Output Cut". The drive will remain in the SOC state until a valid motor connection is detected.
If SOC persists, verify that the motor is connected correctly and inspect the motor wiring for open circuits or loose connections. Also check for an open contactor or disconnect between the drive and motor. Once the motor circuit is properly connected, the drive will start normal operation.
