Yes, but ONLY as stated below;
1) The catalog numbers that contain a suffix letter G will contain a ground bar factory included, but NOT installed.
2) The catalog numbers that contain a suffix letter T will contain ground bars factory installed.

NOTE: If the catalog number does NOT contain a suffix letter G or T, then a ground bar MUST be purchased separately.
