What can cause an internal link fault(INF) on an ATS22 soft start?

Resolution:
Internal serial link fault means the soft starter control card is not communicated with the power board.   Try reseating the ribbon cable that connects the control card to the power board.   If this does not resolve the issue, repairs or replaces the soft start.
