Cause
A user wants to copy a framework from an ION7330 meter to PM8000 meter.

Resolution
The default ION73x0 framework will not work in the PM8000. The PM8000 has added some ION modules, as well as removed certain modules (modules removed because new, enhanced modules replaced them). Customized pieces of framework can be added to the PM8000 meter provided the modules are supported on the PM8000.
