What is "+/- Speed Around Reference" on the ATV61 or ATV71 drive?

The +/- Speed Around Reference function allows the drive to operate at a speed that is either above or below a main speed reference by applying an adjustable offset to the reference value.

This feature is useful when multiple drives need to follow the same speed command while operating at slightly different speeds. For example, in a conveyor system, two drives may receive the same reference signal, but one conveyor may need to run slightly faster or slower than the other to maintain proper product flow.

The function works by adding to or subtracting from the primary speed reference rather than requiring a separate speed command source. This simplifies system design and improves coordination between drives.
