Are QO and Homeline load centers suitable for use as service equipment?

QO and Homeline Load Centers

Resolution:
All QO single and three phase and HOM load centers are marked as "Suitable for use as Service Equipment" if equipped with integral main breaker or when not more than six disconnecting means are provided and the panelboard is not used as a lighting and appliance branch circuit panelboard. There are a few exceptions, see below catalog numbers that are NOT service entrance rated load centers.
Refer to the load center wiring diagram for specifics to suitability for use as service equipment and install per the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Exceptions:
QO2L30S, QO2L30TTS, QO24L50TTS, QO24L70TS, QO35FM30TTF, QO35M30TTS, and QO48M30DSGP are not service entrance rated devices.
