ATV61/ATV71: How to take the drive out of PID control mode and put it back into the standard follower mode for AI2 input?

Resolution:
To take the drive out of PID control mode, go into Menu 1.7 Application menu -> PID regulator, and set PID feedback assignment to NO.
To set reference to follow AI2, go into Menu 1.6 Command menu and set Ref 1 channel to AI2.  The drive will now no longer follow the PID setpoint and will instead use the 0-10V or 4-20ma (configurable in the AI2 menu) as a direct speed reference.
