Vacated Sub feed breaker opening cover plate replacement

Resolution:
The blank cover part number PKHJCPTAG (mounting rivets are included). It will fit the NQSFB2HJ kit as well as the blank cover used on the dual sub feed kit NQSFB4HJ, since sub feed breakers are identical.
