Accessing the Wiser Air device information such as firmware version and serial number

Issue:
Wiser Air thermostat software information

Product Line:
Wiser Air

Environment:
Applies to Wiser Air thermostats only.

Cause:
Customer has an installed Wiser Air and needs to locate system information about the thermostat such as serial number, firmware version, connectivity, and MAC address.

Resolution:
The software information can be found by tapping on the menu button in the top left corner. Then in the drop down menu go to system. Next click on status and all the device information will be displayed here.
