File access error when uploading files from LMC058/M258 FTP server

When using Windows file explorer, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox (and others) to retrieve files from M258/LMC058 FTP server, file access error is displayed.
This is a known issue with firmwares v4.0.2.33, v4.0.2.51 and beyond.
Workaround is to use Filezilla, free FTP client.
