Resolution
*Warning: This article contains information about editing the registry. Improper changes to the registry can permanently damage the operating system. Always backup the registry before making any changes.*

Microsoft provides the ability to configure the emulation mode of applications. In this case, we will modify the emulation mode for citect32.exe.

Add the missing entry in the registry using the steps below:
- Open the Windows registry editor (Start>Run>regedit)
- Browse to the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MAIN\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION

- For ENM webpages, add a DWORD (32-bit) Value of "citect32.exe" (if missing), with a value of 2AF8 hex (11000 dec).

- Compile and Run the project again to make sure this resolved the issue.
